Fusidic acid - hydrocortisone acetate can be harmful and dangerous for people in following conditions:

• Being allergic to fusidic acid or hydrocortisone acetate or any other elements which are contained in Fucidin.
• If one has skin infections, not treated by fusidic acid.
• If one has skin eruptions caused by any vaccination.
• If one has tuberculosis skin lesions or skin infections related to syphilis.
• If one has viral diseases like herpes simplex, varicella (chickenpox), and vaccinia and alos fungal skin infections.
