Fucidin (Fusidic Acid).
Cream Use Cream Fucidin is used to fight certain bacterial species. This cream is also used to treat impetigo (characterised by blistering and yellowish-brown crusting of the skin), whitlow (paronchya) and inflammation of hair follicles (sycosis). Sometimes doctors prescribe their patients Fucidin to destroy eczema or dermatitis. You only can use a cream when doctor had recommended. To deal with the bacteria, you should apply Fucidin 3 times a day. It’s important to rub the cream into ill areas. Keep strictly to the prescribed schedule. Don’t cut the treating period by yourself. But if after 14-day-use the infection hasn’t gone away even a bit, ask a doctor for advice. Be careful when you apply Fucidin. In any case it shouldn’t get into the eye or very near the eye. Fusidic acid - hydrocortisone acetate can cause the eye irritation. There were some bad cases when glaucoma or cataracts appeared. First listen to your doctor’s recommendation. Do not change the dose, because doctor prescribes it depending on the age, weight and general health condition. You can fail in defining needed dose. Do not risk. Do not tell other people to use the cream if it wasn’t prescribed to them by the professional. It may be dangerous. |
